Student accommodation List
The Accommodation List has been produced as a guide to assist students in finding accommodation. Please be aware that any contract entered into between yourself and your landlord is a private agreement, and although the college will help in any way it can , it would not have any legal role to play in the event of dispute.
Various agencies assist, particularly useful being Threshold and the USI. Both provide useful reference points for students if difficulties arise, but your first port of call ought to be the student accommodation officer of St. Johns Kevin Taylor , who will be able to answer questions and provide advice on all matters relating to student accommodation. Further updates to this list will be issued throughout the year.
