Overview

This course has been designed to provide training on Cloud Computing, development supports and progression strategies to develop the Learner’s personal effectiveness and job seeking skills so as to maximise their potential for employment and capacity to compete in the labour market.

The aim of this course is to provide the Learner with the skills, knowledge and competencies to enable them pursue a career as Cloud Computing professional who can apply these technologies to ICT applications and infrastructures in a variety of information technology and general user organisations.

This course is run in collaboration with FIT (Fastrack to Information Technology) and DSP (Department of Social Protection).

  • Applicants must be in receipt of a Social Welfare payment.
  • Applicants may apply for VTOS (Vocational Training and Opportunities Scheme) or

BTEA (Back to Education Allowance)

Applications will be canvassed through St. John’s Central College www.stjohnscollege.ie , FIT www.fit.ie and directly through the DSP and LES (Local Employment Schemes)
