Graphic Design & Illustration (Level 5)

 
Overview

Graphic Design covers a multitude of Print and Advertising design. A Graphic Designer is as likely to be designing the signs for supermarkets as designing the packs on the shelves, illustrating technical manuals, illustrating childrens books or designing magazines and newspapers. This course aims to develop the students creative and technical skills which are necessary to pursue a career as a Graphic Designer.

Leaving Certificate (5 passes)
Leaving Certificate Applied or equivalent

Applicants of mature years will be considered on their merits

Students should present samples of drawing or design work at interview
