Overview

Environmental awareness has increased dramatically in recent years. New legislation requires that industry must be aware of the role it plays in monitoring and controlling the environment on a local and global basis. This course provides a broad understanding of environmental science together with an awareness of the technology required to monitor the environment.

Students may progress into the first year of the Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, Applied Physics and Instrumentation, Analytical and Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and Herbal Science.
