Animal Care – Veterinary Nursing (Level 5)

 
Overview

This is the first year of a two year programme accredited by the Veterinary Council of Ireland, meaning all students that successfully complete this course and the progression Animal Science (Veterinary Nursing) course can become registered Veterinary Nurses. Modules are all taught with an obvious Veterinary Nursing emphasis.

Entry Requirements

Leaving Certificate (5 passes)
Leaving Certificate Applied
or equivalent

Applicants of mature years will be considered on their merits
Work experience in Animal Care is of an advantage in application
