The course is aimed at coaches, mentors, teachers, supervisors, players, athletes and volunteers.
It teaches the medical assessment and management of a wide variety of sports injuries. Importantly, participants will also know how to recognise when professional medical referral is warranted. It will provide you the participant with an elementary level of both practical and theoretical information on the basic life support procedures and techniques in order that they can provide this basic patient care whilst awaiting more advanced care.
